Eric Lupfer

Eric Lupfer works with a spirited group of influential and bestselling journalists, historians, science writers, and experts across numerous fields. It has been a thrill for him to represent and support the work of clients at the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Wired, Bloomberg, LA Times, Forbes, Fortune, Business Insider, and a host of other publications. In historical nonfiction and science narrative, his clients’ work stretches from the ancient world to ours and illuminates not just the changes within human history & thought but also the commonality. And the subject experts he’s had the privilege to work with have blazed trails at the world’s leading academic institutions and government agencies. An army brat for much of his childhood, he is also particularly grateful for the opportunity to work with a number of military, intelligence, and national defense professionals.

Eric has a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Film Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Duke University.  Prior to joining Calligraph in 2025, he was an agent at WME, Fletcher & Co and UTA.
